Instead of a “one-size-fits-all approach”, we take a holistic approach and individualize the techniques we use to fit our clients’ needs, such as drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and addressing the mind-body connection. 

We are a fully TeleHealth practice and meet with our clients virtually using the most common platforms. This is a great option for clients who cannot attend regular in-office appointments due to busy work schedules, commuting times, frequent business traveling, weather conditions, parenting demands, or health issues.

Our practice has been doing therapy exclusively this way since 2016 (so long before COVID-19), and our clients get phenomenal results! Honestly, we find that clients can get faster and better results using TeleHealth because attending virtual sessions is just so convenient.
