ProjectYou is excited to bring you their Soulful Pages, on Friday, August 11 (virtual workshop) & August 12 (in-person activity)!
Join them for this 2 part workshop where you will learn the art of healing through writing and art journaling. The event will include a short workshop that will take place virtually on August 11th from 3:30-4:30pm explaining the benefits of journaling for self growth and healing, in addition to an in person event Saturday, August 12th from 12:30-2:30pm.At the in person event you will be provided a variety of materials to decorate your journal, you will learn about activities that are popular in the art therapy field, have the chance to strengthen your self-identity/expression and have a chance to connect with the community.
To ensure proper allocation of materials, everyone attending must register by August 5th.
