The UPLIFT retreat is a life-altering one and their most favorite weekend of the whole year! The UPLIFT group will have four fulfilling days and three peaceful nights together. As one of the teens describes it: “Healing! Empowering! Rejuvenating!”

ABOUT RETREAT

This is an opportunity for teens to deepen their yoga and mindfulness practices and bond with one another in a rejuvenating and beautiful setting. UPLIFT's greatest hope is that teens each walk away feeling more connected to who they are, and more empowered to own their whole wellness each and every day with tangible tools!

They will practice outdoor yoga, journal, meditate, engage in heartfelt discussion, hike, eat nutritious meals together, and most importantly, have fun! Everything is on-site at El Capitan: hiking trails, swimming pool, bikes, beach, and bunk cabins. There will be five UPLIFT certified adult mentors present for the entire trip, leading thoughtful and inspiring practices.
