Spill the Tea: Being Intentional

When we have a full plate (or in this case, cup) and feel overwhelmed, it's important to check in with ourselves and understand what our needs are. It might be helpful to talk to someone or treat ourselves with a break. Spill the Tea is an event that combines the two and creates an opportunity for young adults to get to know each other while drinking and "spilling" their "tea"
