Honest Hour is a virtual and anonymous safe space for teens and young adults to seek answers to your mental health questions and connect through shared experiences.
On February 22nd, join NAMI-OC and Laura's House for Honest Hour! Together, we will be talking about teen dating violence awareness. Join our panel as we talk about signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships, the effects an abusive relationship can have on your mental health, safety with online dating, and resources to turn to.
