A new year doesn’t always have to mean a new beginning. It can also be a time to reflect on any changes in your life and how you transition through them. Join Hope Community Center and sip some boba and spill your “tea” on transitions in life.

When we have a full plate (or in this case, cup) and feel overwhelmed, it's important to check in with ourselves and understand what our needs are. It might be helpful to talk to someone or treat ourselves with a break. Spill the Tea is an event that combines the two and creates an opportunity for young adults to hear from a guest speaker and get to know each other while drinking and "spilling" their "tea" 

Open to 18-25 year olds. Light snacks provided.
