Body Conditioning is a class that combines exercises using weights for all major muscle groups. It is a whole-body workout that can improve your overall fitness. Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning. What are the benefits of the classes? Any adult can attend classes, regardless of age or level of fitness.
