LGBTQ Center OC Youth: OUTlet Free Mental Health Support Group

Looking for mental health support? OUTlet is designed to offer a nuturing space haven for LGBTQIA+ young adults between the ages 18 to 26. Here, individuals can freely explore mental health concerns, cultivate enriching relationships, and acquire invaluable tools for navigating emotional landscapes.

Group participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery while gaining insights into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This program places a special focus on addressing maladaptive coping strategies prevalent within the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, such as substance use, social withdrawal, and impulsive behaviors. Through evidence-based practices and peer support, group participants will develop sustainable coping skills, empowering them to effectively manage their mental health challenges in the long term.
